Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are clean and hair-free to avoid any restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
